Booking & Payment
All appointments should be booked in advance. Payments must be made as per the spa’s policy, either in full or partial at the time of booking. We reserve the right to confirm or cancel bookings based on availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling should be informed in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the spa’s policy and may take a few business days.
Service Limitations
Our services are strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies or behaves inappropriately.
User Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and follow spa guidelines. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of rules may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your details will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
Liability
Maitri Thai Spa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during or after the services. Clients are advised to inform therapists about any medical conditions or concerns prior to treatment.
